LIC (South Zone) to appoint 150 Financial service execs

PUDUCHERRY: LIC (Southern Zonal Office,Chennai) has proposed to appoint around 150 `Financial Service Executives` in the 12 divisions coming under its jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu,Kerala and the Union Territory of Puducherry.

A communication of the Southern Zonal Office said the FSEs would be engaged on contract basis for a period of three years.

Their duty would be primarily to do marketing and they would also be directly responsible in procuring new business, providing policy servicing and related works from the LIC`s partner bank branches and other outlets allotted to them.

Selection of FSEs would be on the basis of a written test and personal interview and the candidates should be graduates from universities in India, it added.

S.Sougoumarane, the Manager of the Anna Salai branch of the LIC in Puducherry,released the communication.
