Job Description: The CTO is responsible for all aspects of developing and implementing technology initiatives within the organisation. He or she has to analyse and improve upon technology standards across the organisation to maintain a technological and competitive edge within the market. In the e-commerce environment, the deployment of innovative technologies becomes critical and hence the expectation from the CTO is to be an innovator and a “disruptor”
