Info Edge appoints Pawan Goyal as chief business officer for Naukri.com

BENGALURU: Info Edge, an online classifieds company in recruitment, matrimony, real estate, education and related services, has announced the appointment of Pawan Goyal as the chief business officer of Naukri and Naukrigulf.com

"Pawan possesses a wealth of leadership, management and technology experience. Naukri has been a change agent for recruitment in India. As we embark on leading Naukri into new areas like enterprise recruitment management solutions, artificial intelligence and machine learning-based algorithms, Pawan is the right person to lead these initiatives at Naukri,” said Hitesh Oberoi, managing director at Info Edge.

Goyal has industry experience spanning over 22 years. Prior to joining Info Edge, he worked with Adobe as the general manager where he headed the Print, Scan, and TechComm businesses which contributed more than $100 million in revenue. He was responsible for engineering, product management, product marketing, sales, and customer success. Previously in his career he has worked at Microsoft and IBM.
