The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released notification for over 4,000 PO vacancies. The notification can be checked on its official website- ibps.in and the candidates can fill form starting August 14.

As per the official notification, the online Preliminary and Main examination for the next Common Recruitment Process for selection of
personnel for Probationary Officer/ Management .


The candidates who are willing to appear for the examination can visit the official website to check the notification.

Trainee posts will be held in the months of October/November 2018. However, the IBPS also said that the dates are tentative in nature.

The IBPS PO examination will be conducted in two phases - Preliminary and Main. Both the exams will be held in online mode. The candidates who qualify the prelims and are shortlisted will have to appear for Mains. The candidates who qualify mains and are shortlisted will be called for Interview round.

The candidates who wish to appear for the examination are required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CRPPO/MT-VIII) through online website.

The IBPS is the largest recruitment body that conducts examination for the post of probationary officers (PO) every year.
