MUMBAI: IT firm Glodyne Technoserve today said it has allotted 36,000 stock options to eligible employees.
The compensation committee allotted the stock option to eligible employees at its meeting held on Friday, Glodyne Technoserve said in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Against each such stock option, the eligible employees would have right to apply for and get allotted one equity share at a price of Rs 581.45, it said.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 602.30, up 2.64 per cent from the previous close onBSE.
