Millennials, with a clear vision and understanding of leadership, feel a greater focus on people is required unlike current leaders’ focus on profits and personal rewards, says PR Ramesh, chairman, Deloitte India, citing the findings of Deloitte Global Millennial Survey 2015.

The findings are based on a study — conducted by Deloitte in conjunction with UKbased Millward Brown — of more than 7,800 millennials representing 29 countries. With the huge demographic dividend in the country, there is scope for Indian organisations to nurture talent locally, says Ramesh.
