The Class of 2026 at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR) two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Post Graduate Diploma in Management Business Management programmes received an average salary of Rs 33.75 lakh per annum and median salary of Rs 32.85 lakh per annum, according to the institute.

The highest salary bagged by the students was Rs 75 lakh per annum, with 46% of the batch receiving pre-placement offers. For the top 50% of the batch, the average salary was Rs 39 lakh per annum, while for the top 25% it was Rs 43.75 lakh per annum.

The institute said that it achieved 100% placements for its largest-ever batch of 356 participants, with strong compensation outcomes and broad-based recruiter participation.


“The Class of 2026 has demonstrated that they possess the unique ability to drive business growth while remaining socially sensitive and grounded. The enthusiasm shown by our recruiting partners is a testament to the relevance of our 'non-classroom learning' pedagogy,” said Varun Nagaraj, dean, SPJIMR.

Consulting emerged as the largest recruiting domain, accounting for 40% of the offers, with participation from global and domestic companies such as Accenture Strategy, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte India and Deloitte USI, SPJIMR said.
