As India’s largest unbiased platform for identifying the job ready talent in the country, the ET Career Ready program will provide final-year students and recent graduates an opportunity to test their skills and knowledge against industry and academia-endorsed pre-employment screening assessment tests by Wheebox, the assessment partner for ET Career Ready. What’s more is that the program is open to registrations from both students (from any of the government body approved colleges) and working professionals of all streams.


ET Career Ready: 3-Phased Assessment Process
The ET Career Ready program will be conducted in a three-phased manner with an aim to provide the participants with an opportunity to improve their career readiness through learning and engagement opportunities. The details for the three-phased assessment process are as follows:

• Phase 1: Wheebox National Employability Test

As the first step towards participating in the ET Career Ready, students must first register for the program and clear the National Employability Test by Wheebox. This test will evaluate students on parameters like cognitive abilities, english language, behavioral traits, and respective domain knowledge. Shortlisted students will then be moved on to the second phase of the program.

• Phase 2: Critical Thinking Test

The second phase of the ET Career Ready program constitutes a Critical Thinking test that evaluates students on a range of different parameters including identifying inconsistencies and errors in reasoning, ability to reflect on the justification of own assumptions, beliefs and values while - remaining open to all ideas, regardless of biases or prior assumptions. It also tests their ability for exploring new solutions for common problems and breaking new grounds. Candidates shortlisted in this phase will move on to the third and final phase of the program.

• Phase 3: Leadership Competency Index

The final phase of the ET Career Ready program constitutes a Leadership Competency Index which evaluates the candidate's vision and commitment towards growth, people management, building relationships and personal competence. Based on the performance of the candidates in this three-phased assessment process, the jury will then announce the list of the top employable talent in the country.
