Salary timings
Salaries should be paid on time. If there are any discrepancies or delays, employees can raise a complaint. The Payment of Wages Act, 1936, allows employees to file a labour law complaint if salaries are consistently not paid on time.

Leaves and Time Off
All employees have access to a certain number of paid leaves, casual leaves, sick leaves, compensatory leaves, maternity leaves, paternity leaves, and leaves without pay. If an employee is denied any of these leaves, they should speak to the appropriate authorities within the organisation.

Protection from Discrimination and Sexual Harassment
Every employee has the right to operate in an environment free from biases, discrimination, and sexual harassment. If an employee experiences any kind of unfair treatment, they can take the matter immediately to their employer. Companies take matters of sexual harassment, whether verbal or physical, very seriously.
