MUMBAI: The Batch of 2015 at FMS Delhi saw an average CTC of Rs 17.04 lakh as the institute wrapped up final placements with 75 companies making 236 offers to the 217 students. 52 students bagged offers of Rs 20-lakh plus.

FMS students received 60 pre-placements offers this year, a 58% increase over last year. There was a 25% increase in the number of offers made in consulting and general management with combined offers from The Boston Consulting Group, Accenture Strategy and Deloitte USI more than doubling to 24 compared to last year's 11. There were five time more offers from the e-commerce sector compared to last year.

Overall, in the consulting/general management domain, Accenture Strategy and Deloitte USI (S&O) made the highest number of offers – 11 and 10 respectively Capgemini, Cognizant Business Consulting, EY, KPMG etc. also hired from the campus while Tata Administrative Services, Mahindra & Mahindra, Reliance Industries and Tata Communications offered general management roles. The median salary here is Rs 17.6 lakh.

FMCG majors including Asian Paints, Coca-Cola, Henkel, Hindustan Unilever, ITC, Johnson & Johnson, Nestle and PepsiCo visited campus along with consumer durables firms such as Dell, HP, Lenovo and Samsung. Median salary for the domain is Rs 16.25 lakh.

In finance, more than 40 offers were received from companies from the BFSI space. Avendus Capital, Citibank, Deutsche bank, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank, SBI, Yes Bank were among the recruiters. Median salary for the domain is Rs 16.40 lakh.

E-Commerce & IT services/Operations had the likes of Amazon, Info Edge, MakeMyTrip; firsttimers including CarTrade, Housing.com, Magicbricks, PayTM, Shopclues, Snapdeal. Major participants in the technology segment were Ericsson, Google, HCL, Samsung and Wipro.
