Fake IT company dupes 100 job-seekers
Electrosys Solutions India appointed 90 employees and it allegedly collected Rs 8,000 to Rs 20,000 from each of the aspirants.
The promoters of the company — Chinmaya, Karthik and Saurabh — lured the employees, claiming they had two projects, one from the Orissa government and the other from Wipro Technologies.
However, last Friday, they locked up the office and vanished. Employee representatives met joint commissioner of police (crime) Alok Kumar and submitted their complaint. Kumar said a case had been registered with Jeevan Bima Nagar police. "The accused in this case do not have any criminal record. We've asked the local police to intensify the search for the accused," said Alok Kumar.
