UPSC releases DAF II for IFS main exams

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has opened the application process for the Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination 2024 Detail Application Form II (DAF II).

Candidates who have been shortlisted can complete the form on the official websites, upsc.gov.in or upsconline.gov.in.

The deadline for submitting the DAF II is January 27, 2025, by 6 PM, as per the official notification.

Steps to fill UPSC IFS DAF II form

• Visit the official website: upsconline.gov.in
• On the homepage, select the tab titled "DAF for various examinations of UPSC."
• Click on the link for IFS Mains 2024 DAF II.
• Complete the form and submit it.
• Download and print the confirmation for future reference.

After completing the DAF II form, candidates who have cleared the Mains written exam will proceed to the next stage: the Personality Test (Interview).

Interview Schedule: Details regarding the Personality Tests will be released soon on the UPSC website.

E-Summon Letters: Candidates will need to download their e-summon letters for the interviews from upsc.gov.in or upsconline.gov.in once they are available.

Interview Location: The interviews will be conducted at the UPSC office at Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi – 110069.

UPSC CSE 2025 notification released

In a separate update, the UPSC has also issued the notification for the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2025 today, January 22, 2025. The application process for the UPSC CSE Prelims 2025 begins today.
