Railway board to release results for Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) post soon; Here's how to check results and more

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is expected to announce the results for the Computer-Based Test 1 (CBT 1) for the Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) position in Indian Railways in January 2025. The exam was held from November 25 to 29, 2024, with over 22 lakh candidates competing for 18,799 vacancies.

The RRB ALP recruitment process involves several stages: CBT 1, CBT 2, Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)/Skill Test, and Document Verification. The CBT 1 result will determine which candidates progress to the next stages.

How to Check RRB ALP Result 2024?
Step 1: Visit the Official Website – Navigate to the official website of the RRB region where you submitted your application.
Step 2: Find the Result Link – Look for the link to download the "RRB ALP CBT 1 Result 2024 PDF (CEN No. 01/2024)."
Step 3: Search for Your Details – Click on the link and use the "Ctrl+F" function to search for your Name or Roll Number within the PDF.
Step 4: Download and Save – If your Name or Roll Number is listed, download the PDF for future reference.

Expected Cut-off and Scorecard:
The RRB ALP CBT 1 result PDF will show each candidate's individual scores (out of 75). Additionally, the official cut-off marks for each category (UR, OBC, SC/ST) will be provided.

Expected cut-off ranges:

• UR: 49-54
• OBC: 47-52
• SC/ST: 38-43 & 35-40
