OSSTET Result 2024 announced at bseodisha.ac.in: Here is how to check your scorecard and other details

The Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, today announced the results of the Odisha Secondary School Teacher Eligibility Test (OSSTET) 2023. As per the official notification, results are accessible on the Board's website www.bseodisha.ac.in. The OSSTET is an annual examination that evaluates candidates' eligibility for teaching roles in Odisha's secondary schools. This year, the exam was conducted in offline mode, and there was no negative marking for wrong answers. Successful candidates will receive the OSSTET certificate from the BSE, Odisha.

Qualified candidates can obtain their digitized certificates starting today upon payment of a fee. The certificates will remain available on the official website www.bseodisha.ac.in for a month from the date of result publication. Candidates are required to enter their Roll number along with Date of Birth or Registered Mobile Number to download their results.

OSSTET Result 2024: Here's how to check your scorecard

Step 1. Go to the official website of the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha at bseodisha.ac.in.

Step 2. Navigate to the latest updates section and select the link labeled "OSSTET Result 2024."
Step 3. You will be directed to a login page. Enter your registration details (roll number and date of birth) or mobile number.
Step 4. Click on the "Find Result" button.
Step 5. Your OSSTET Result 2024 will appear on the screen.
Step 6. Download and print the result for future reference.

OSSTET Result 2024: Exam Structure and Details

OSSTET comprised two papers: Paper-I and Paper-II. Paper-I was open to candidates with academic qualifications, whereas Paper-II was for those possessing academic and training qualifications under Category-II.

Each test had a duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes, featuring Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), each carrying one mark. Candidates were required to choose the correct answer from four options provided.

OSSTET Result 2024: Section-wise Details

Section-I: Odia was mandatory for all categories of posts.
Section-II: English was compulsory for all categories.
Section-III: TGT (Arts), TGT (Science), including PCM and CBZ streams, had questions in English.
Classical Teachers (Sanskrit/Telugu/Urdu) and Hindi Teachers had questions in their respective languages/scripts.
Section-IV: Child Development, Pedagogy, School Management, and Evaluation questions were in English and mandatory for both categories.
The examination did not include negative marking, as per the notification.
