India Post GDS 2024 Exam Results out: Check how to check, Direct link and other details

India Post has released the first merit list for the Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) Recruitment 2024. Candidates who applied for these positions can now check the circle-wise and category-wise merit lists on the official websites indiapostgdsonline.gov.in and indiapostgdsonline.cept.gov.in.

The India Post recruitment drive aims to fill 44,228 GDS posts across India. The selection process is based on candidates' 10th class marks without any interview or written examination.

The merit list has been published for several postal circles including Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Delhi, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Odisha, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and West Bengal. Results for other circles are expected soon.

"Candidates can download the result and check their status in the merit list through the official websites."

The next phase for those shortlisted is the Document Verification (DV) stage, followed by a Medical Examination (ME). This ensures that only eligible candidates proceed further. If any vacancies remain, additional merit lists will be published.

India Post had invited applications for these positions from 15 July to 5 August 2024. Applicants are encouraged to regularly check the official website for updates on subsequent merit lists and rounds in the selection process.
