GATE, JAM 2025 centres in Prayagraj shifted to Lucknow; here's how to download updated admit card and more

Amid celebrations in Prayagraj due to Maha Kumbh, IIT Delhi announced that centres for students appearing for GATE, Joint Admission Test (JAM) in this city of Uttar Pradesh has now been shifted to Lucknow.

"The JAM 2025 examinations scheduled on 2nd February 2025 (both sessions) in the centres at Prayagraj have been shifted to the centres in Lucknow in view of Mahakumbh. The candidates are instructed to download the updated Admit card from the JOAPS portal https://joaps.iitd.ac.in/login. The inconvenience caused is highly regretted," said the statement.

How to download new admit card?

1. Visit the official website-https://joaps.iitd.ac.in/login

2. Add in your credentials to log in
3. Click on the ‘Submit’ tab
4. The JAM admit card will appear on the screen
5. Check the details mentioned in the JAM admit card 2025
