CTET Admit Card 2024: CBSE to release city intimation slip today; here's how to download it

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to release the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024 pre-admit card today, 12th January. It will contain information regarding the candidates exam center.

The admit card for the exam is expected to be released on 19th January, two days before the exam. Once it is released, those who are registered for the exam will be able to download the admit card from the official website, ctet.nic.in. The CTET 2024 will be held on January 21st.

The CTET exam will be held in two shifts from 9:30 am to 12 pm, and the second one is from 2:30 pm to 5 pm on 21st January.


How to download it the CTET 2024 pre-Admit Card

• Visit the official website of CBSE CTET at ctet.nic.in.
• Click on CBSE CTET pre-admit card link available on the home page.
• Enter the login details and click on submit.
• Your admit card will be displayed on the screen.
• Check the admit card and download the page.
• Keep a hard copy of the same for further need.

Once the admit card for the exam is released, candidates are urged to download it and go through it to ensure all the provided details are right. Some of these key things to check are:

Name of the candidate: The names of the candidates should be spelt correctly in the CTET admit card 2024
Paper combinations: The candidates must check if the paper combinations they had applied for is the same. The CTET 2024 exam will be held for two papers — paper 1 (for Class 1 to 5) and paper 2 (for Class 6 to 8).
Photograph of the candidate: The candidate’s photograph should be the same and visible. A candidate will not be allowed to appear if the photograph on the admit card is different.
Signature of the candidate: The signature of the candidate must be the same.
Exam Centre: Students should check the exam centre and other details on the CTET admit card.

In case the candidate finds some discrepancy in the CTET hall ticket 2024, they should immediately contact the CBSE and get it sorted before the start of the exam.
