The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a nationwide entrance examination for admission to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law programs provided by 22 National Law Universities in India. The Consortium of National Law Universities, representing these universities, conducts the CLAT. Additionally, various affiliated universities and organizations utilize the CLAT exam for their admissions and recruitment processes. For the Academic Year 2024-2025, all admissions to the 5-year integrated Ll.B. and Ll.M. programs will be facilitated through CLAT 2024.

Go to NLUs' official website at consortiumofnlus.ac.in.On the homepage, click on "2nd Provisional Allotment List."

CLAT 2024 Admissions Counselling Process
Eligible candidates will be notified to participate in the Admissions Counselling Process based on the rank list and admissions matrix provided by each NLU for the five-year integrated Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs starting in the Academic Year 2024-2025. Notifications will be sent via email, SMS, and the CLAT 2024 portal. Candidates must log in to their CLAT account on the Consortium of NLUs website to confirm their invitations during each round. Candidates selecting the 'Freeze' option in the first three rounds must pay the remaining University Fee by May 14, 2024. For the fourth and fifth rounds, the University Fee must be paid by the specified date. If a candidate is not allotted a seat in a round, they should await the next round, as the process is sequential. The fourth and fifth rounds in May 2024 will fill any remaining seat vacancies.
All eligible candidates have received invitations via email and SMS to participate in the Admissions Counselling Process for the five-year integrated Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs starting in the Academic Year 2024-2025. Instructions are available in the Consortium's 'Notification: Instructions for the Admissions Counselling Process' dated December 11, 2023. Candidates can log in to their CLAT 2024 portal on the Consortium's website to join the Admissions Counselling Process.
