Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), formerly known as Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), has officially announced the semester results for the academic year 2024. Students who appeared for exams in various undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs can now access their results.

AKTU's Special Carry-Over Exam Update
In a recent announcement, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) has confirmed that the special carry-over examination, initially scheduled for November 2024, will be postponed until next year. The delay is due to challenges in preparing the question bank and coordinating with the examination agency, which has affected the planned timeline.

The rescheduled special carry-over exam will be conducted online and will feature multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The university is currently working on finalizing the question bank to accommodate this format.

To ease the burden on students, particularly final-year candidates, the special exam will be held separately for them. This decision comes in light of the fact that many final-year students are already balancing preparation for both regular exams and back-paper exams. The aim is to reduce academic stress and provide students with a fair chance to clear their carry-over papers.
