Employees in India trust leadership quality: Report

A majority of employees across industries have faith in the overall quality of their organisations’ leadership, according to the India-specific leadership forecast report by talent management firm Development Dimensions International.

The report, released in association with The Conference Board, is based on responses from 836 leaders and 244 HR professionals to check the preparedness of India Inc to meet business challenges associated with global expansion. Here are the key findings of the report.
