CSS Corp CEO Nick Sharma to step down by month end

CHENNAI: United States-headquartered information and technology company CSS Corp on Tuesday said its Global CEO, Nick Sharma, will step down by this month end.

"Nick Sharma, the preceding CEO, will be moving on to pursue his interests outside CSS Corp," it said.

Sharma would be replaced by T G Ramesh as Global CEO with effect from July 1, a company statement here said.

It said Ramesh, who co-founded India's first remote IT infrastructure management company, Bangalore Labs, has significant experience in building businesses in the services and technology space.

Headquartered in United States, CSS Corp has delivery centres in India, the Philippines, Poland and Mauritius. It employs over 5,000 people worldwide, it added.
