NEW DELHI: In order to attract the right talent and enable organisations to maintain a competitive advantage, employers should have the perfect blend of automated recruiting technology and human involvement in the hiring process, says a study.

Automated recruiting presents a world of opportunity but technology would never replace people. It is the human involvement in the hiring process that makes the difference, according to ManpowerGroup Solutions Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).

Technology has transformed recruiting from manual procedures of yesteryear to the automated systems of today, but this should be coupled with people-driven hiring process for better results.
