Army Public Schools are hiring to fill 8000 PGT, TGT, PRT teachers' posts; apply before October 24

Army Welfare Education Society has notified to fill 8000 vacant posts of PGT, TGT, PRT teachers in Army Public Schools across the country. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through official website http://aps-csb.in by October 24, 2018.

Total number of vacancies: 8000

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
PGT: Post graduate and B.Ed with minimum 50% in both
TGT: Graduate with minimum 50% in B.Ed

PRT: Graduate with minimum 50% in B.Ed or two-year diploma

AGE LIMIT
a). Fresh Candidates: Below 40 years (in the case of Delhi schools TGT/PRT should be less than 29 yrs & PGT less than 36 years)
b). Experienced Candidates - Below 57 years (in the case of Delhi 40 Yrs) with minimum 5 years teaching experience in the last 10 years.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:
The candidate will have to undergo an online screening exam, interview followed by teaching skills and computer proficiency evaluation.

DATES TO KEEP IN MIND
Beginning of online application: October 1.

Last day to apply online: October 24

Download of admit cards: November 3

Online screening exam: November 17 and 18.

Date of announcement of result: December 3.
