A majority of Indian employers compromise while hiring talent, shows survey
The majority of Indian employers have to make compromises while hiring, with over half of them experiencing a dearth of qualified candidates.

Of the respondents, 58% said they had compromised when hiring talent and over 50% reported a lack of qualified candidates applying for jobs.
“The survey reveals insights into the underlying and ongoing challenges for India’s employers in finding and retaining skilled and qualified talent, and the impact of compromising while hiring,” said DIvyalok Sharma, director of client development at Pearson VUE.
