70% India Inc employees feel they are not paid fairly: Survey

80 per cent India Inc employees say their role is signifi cant, but most don’t see a longterm career with their current employer. Lack of growth opportunities and dissatisfaction with salary to be blamed, shows TimesJobs survey on " Job Significance" which had complete responses from over 1,100 employees.
