57% Indian CEOs find the job more challenging than anticipated: Survey
55% respondents said developing their senior leadership team was more or much more difficult than anticipated.

The survey – ‘The CEO: A Personal Reflection’ – explores the human side of being a CEO. The survey was conducted among 402 chief executives globally including 44 in India. Here are the India findings:

Chief executives are, in general, quite confident in their skills and their abilities, but at the same time they also admit that certain parts of the role have proven more challenging and isolating than anticipated: Vivek Khemka, Co-Leader, CEO, Practice India For Egon Zehnder.
