GE Shipping delivers 'Jag Leena' to buyers

MUMBAI: Marine logistics services provider, Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd on Friday said it has delivered its aframax crude carrier 'Jag Leena' to buyers.
The 1985 built 95,007 dwt vessels was contracted to be sold in July this year, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
With the delivery of 'Jag Leena', the company s current fleet stands at 73 vessels - 39 ships and 34 offshore units, it added.
Apart from a new building orderbook of 14 vessels - five MR tankers and four Long Range One (LR1) product tankers and five offshore supply vessels (OSVs) the company has also contracted to buy a modern second hand Suezmax crude carrier.
MR tankers are medium capacity vessels of between 25,000 and 50,000 dwt.
