Garware Offshore allots 25 lakh debentures

MUMBAI: Shipping services firm Garware Offshore Services Ltd has allotted 25 lakh unsecured optional convertible debentures and 5 lakh equity shares to Mauritius-based India Star Ltd.
The Committee of Directors allotted the 10 per cent convertible debentures of Rs 100 each aggregating to Rs 25 crore, at its meeting held on Thursday, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The 5 lakh shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 90 per share were also allotted at the meeting, it said.
Also, 17.75 lakh convertible warrants of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 90 per warrant were given to the promoters/non-promoters, it added.
