Garware allots 3.36 lakh equity shares

MUMBAI: Shipping services firm, Garware Offshore Services Ltd on Wednesday said it has allotted 3.36 lakh equity shares upon conversion of warrants.

The committee of directors allotted the equity shares upon conversion of warrants, which were issued to non-promoter through preferential allotment on August 18, 2005, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The shares of the company were trading at Rs 91.10, up 0.55 per cent at the BSE.
