BMI ties up with IBS for solution suite

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: London Heathrow���s second largest airline BMI has tied up with travel, transportation and logistics solutions provider IBS based here.

IBS officials said bmi would use the IBS iFly solution suite to manage its loyalty programmes for passengers. The solution is also expected to help bmi, a Star Alliance member, to integrate better with the alliance���s member airlines.

IBS group chairman and CEO V K Mathews said, ���With a turbulent global economy the challenges of building strong customer relationships have become greater���, and that iFly suite would help bmi gain competitive advantage.
