Delhi to Dehradun in 2.5 hours via a high-speed, eco-sensitive expressway

The Delhi–Dehradun Expressway is set to transform travel between the national capital and Uttarakhand, reducing journey time from nearly 6 hours to just about 2.5 hours. The 6-lane access-controlled expressway, built by the National Highways Authority of India, is designed to improve connectivity, boost tourism, and ease traffic congestion. The route passes through key regions of western Uttar Pradesh before reaching Dehradun, and includes advanced features like wildlife corridors, underpasses, and modern traffic management systems to ensure both speed and safety.
