Vijayawada railway division's revenue goes up at Rs 3280 crore
The revenue from the passenger segment stood at Rs 661 crore and a total of 102 million passengers were ferried in the same period.
"The revenue from the passenger segment stood at Rs 661 crore and a total of 102 million passengers were ferried in the same period. The division has recovered Rs 29 crore from ticket-less travellers," Divisional Railway Manager Pradeep Kumar said, adding the division's performance was best in all categories and it has bagged the shield for 'overall best performance'.
