Vadodara Municipal Corporation to get new toy train service

VADODARA: The Vadodara Municipal Corporation ( VMC) has decided to suspend toy train service in Sayajibag for about six months as it plans to get a new train.

VMC said Sayaji Baug dedicated to the citizens of Vadodara by Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad III in 1879 would get a new toy train in the next six months.

The civic body has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with a private firm to run the train on public private partnership (PPP) model.
