Railways to attach one extra general coach each in eight trains

With the effect of this move, the trains will now comprise 11 coaches, including nine general coaches and two luggage vans each.

RAJKOT: For passenger convenience and to clear extra rush, railways have decided to attach one extra general coach in eight trains on temporary basis with immediate effect.

Railway officials said the extra coach will be attached in Ahmedabad-Somnath Intercity, Somnath-Ahmedabad Intercity, Rajkot-Veraval Passenger, Veraval-Rajkot Passenger, Rajkot-Somnath Passenger and Somnath-Rajkot Passenger among others.

The trains will now comprise 11 coaches, including nine general coaches and two luggage vans each.
