Rail Budget 2014: Four long-awaited railway projects in trouble

Just one of the 99 new rail line projects announced in the past decade has been completed and 359 projects out of 676 projects approved in the last 30 years are still pending with their costs doubling to Rs 1,82,000 cr, said the railway minister.
