Big rail boost for Khatu Shyam devotees as new station gets approval

The Railway Ministry has approved Sundarpura Railway Station near Rajasthan's Khatu Shyam Dham in Sikar district. The new station is expected to improve rail connectivity for millions of devotees who currently rely on Ringas Junction before travelling by road. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw had earlier said the shrine receives around 50–60 lakh visitors every year.
