Mumbai: Three different aircraft incidents occurred on Monday, including a Kochi-bound Air India plane veering off the runway while landing in heavy rain at the Mumbai airport, and an IndiGo aircraft from Goa making an emergency landing at the Indore airport due to a technical snag.

In another incident, a Kolkata-bound Air India plane aborted takeoff due to a technical snag at Delhi airport.

An AI spokesperson said the flight AI2744, operating from Kochi to Mumbai, experienced heavy rain during landing, resulting in a runway excursion after touchdown.

All passengers and crew are safe.
