Three member committee to manage SpiceJet

SpiceJet, which secured a $100-million financing only recently from billionaire investor Wilbur Ross, has formed a committee of three members to run the airline.

SpiceJet, which secured a $100-million financing only recently from billionaire investor Wilbur Ross, has formed a committee of three members to run the airline.

Sources confirmed that chief commercial officer Samyukth Sridharan, director Kishore Gupta and Partha Sarathi Basu will now run day-to-day operations till a new CEO takes charge of the airline.

The three members will directly report to the board and have the power to take decisions. Siddhant Sharma, the earlier CEO, quit on July 11.
