SpiceJet announces first ever red-eye flights on the domestic sector

After IndiGo, SpiceJet today announced its first red-eye flights (late night flights) within the domestic network on the Delhi – Bangalore route along with a new flight on Delhi – Nanded route, both commencing its operations on November 2, 2015.

NEW DELHI: After IndiGo, SpiceJet today announced its first red-eye flights (late night flights) within the domestic network on the Delhi – Bangalore route along with a new flight on Delhi – Nanded route, both commencing its operations on November 2, 2015.

On the Delhi – Bangalore sector, the flight SG 149 will take off at 1.00 am from Delhi and land at 3.40 am. The airline will be operating 4 flights in a week i.e. Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. “SpiceJet operates three flights currently on this route. The new red-eye flight on Delhi – Bangalore sector would be available at fares starting Rs 3,899,” the airline said in a release.

On Delhi – Nanded sector, the flight SG 671 will take off at 11.30 pm from Delhi and land at Nanded at 1.25 am on November 3. The airline will operate this flight service twice a week on Monday and Thursday on this route.
