‘Safety top priority’: Ram Mohan Naidu on 5,500+ flight cancellations amid West Asia crisis

Speaking in the Lok Sabha, Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu said thousands of flights have been cancelled by Indian and foreign airlines due to airspace closures amid the ongoing West Asia crisis. He said passenger safety remains the top priority, adding that flights will resume normally only after the affected airspace reopens.
