Aircraft lessor Pembroke Aircraft Leasing 11 on Monday moved the Delhi High Court seeking a direction to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) to deregister its aircraft, currently on lease with Go First. The HC refused an urgent hearing of the petition.

Terming the DGCA's May 3 decision as "illegal, manifestly arbitrary and capricious", the lessor said the aircraft's "safety is at risk" and the expenses for the parking charges were being borne by it.
