Passengers were seen stranded as flights to and from the West Asian region were disrupted amid heightened tension between Iran and Israel.
A tourist from Hungary said Dubai airport is closed and they have no flights available to go home.

"Dubai airport is closed and we have no flights. We are now trying to change our flight tickets to another airline, like Lufthansa or some other European airline. I'm a little disappointed, but I hope we can go home soon. We came here for the puja," said the tourist from Hungary.
The cancellations come amid heightened hostilities in West Asia after coordinated military strikes involving Israel and the United States targeted Iranian sites, triggering retaliatory threats and airspace shutdown in Iran, Israel, and Iraq.
Chennai airport has also seen multiple Emirates flights being grounded, leaving many passengers without options to reach Dubai and other Gulf destinations.
