Korean Ambassador Cho Hyun bats for Korea-Bengaluru direct flight
He said that Korea has no limits and is open for partnership and collaboration in many sectors with the southern state.
Hyun was speaking at the Korea-Karnataka summit called Korea Caravan 2015, organised by the Korean Embassy in Bengaluru. The Ambassador said said there are plenty of opportunities for Koreans to do business in Karnataka.
He added that Korea has no limits and is open for partnership and collaboration in many sectors with the southern state.
The event also saw the announcement of Korea as a ‘partner country’ for the global investor summit, called Invest Karnataka, scheduled for February.
Karnataka’s Industries Minister R.V.Deshpande said his state offered plenty of opportunities in the areas of auto manufacturing, electronic system design & manufacturing and IT for Korean companies to invest in Karnataka and, their investments will yield rich dividends.
The Korean Caravan was hosted to enhance mutual understanding between Korea and Indian states. About 20 Korean companies participated at the Plenary Session of Korean Caravan including Samsung and Hyundai to name a few.
