KLM to add 2 more flights from Hyderabad
KLM, Royal Dutch Airlines will operate two more weekly flights between Hyderabad and Amsterdam (from 4 to 6 flights) from this winter and a direct flight between Delhi and Amsterdam will be operated daily.
HYDERABAD: KLM, Royal Dutch Airlines will operate two more weekly flights between Hyderabad and Amsterdam (from 4 to 6 flights) from this winter and a direct flight between Delhi and Amsterdam will be operated daily.
Additionally, KLM will raise its capacity on its daily flights from Delhi to Amsterdam by 45 per cent by utilising Boeing 747-400, instead of the MD-11 aircraft, announced Sanjeet, India representative and Warner Rootlip, General Manager for India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
Duo said, that KLM will introduce its additional fifth frequency between Amsterdam and Hyderabad starting October, 31 while the 6 weekly flight between the two cities will be introduced starting January, 8, 2008.
For its services between Amsterdam and Delhi, KLM has deployed a Boeing 747 aircraft from October, 28, with a capacity of 42 seats in World Business Class and 386 seats in Economy Class, Sanjeet said.
KLM's partner Air France will also add an additional frequency on its Chennai-Paris services, thus taking the total number of flights offered by Air France, KLM and Northwest Airlines between India and Europe to 45 weekly flights this winter, Sanjeet said.
