Kingfisher ties up with American Express

Kingfisher Airlines has tied up with American Express to launch an airline corporate charge card programme.

NEW DELHI: Kingfisher Airlines has tied up with American Express to launch an airline corporate charge card programme.

The American Express-Kingfisher Airlines Corporate Card is targeted at small and medium enterprises, Kingfisher Airlines Chairman and CEO Vijay Mallya said in a release.

The card would offer India-based companies an eight per cent rebate on the airline's flights. It would also offer card holders an exclusive membership upgrade within the Kingfisher Airlines frequent flyer programme 'King Club'.

"The SME market is important to us and we have worked closely with American Express to develop a compelling corporate product that provides exclusive benefits to both the companies and its employees," Mallya added.
