Kingfisher plane grounded due to technical problem

JODHPUR: A Jaipur-bound Kingfisher flight with 43 passengers on board aborted take off here today after the pilots detected a technical problem in the aircraft as it was moving towards the runway.

Flight no IT4302, which flies between Jodhpur and New Delhi with halts at Udaipur and Jaipur, had landed at Jodhpur airport at 3.30 PM and was scheduled to take off on its return journey at 4.40 PM, airline sources said.

However, as the aircraft was moving towards the runway, the pilot noticed some technical problem. The plane returned to the parking area and the passengers deboarded.

The plane has been grounded. The technical team will come to Jodhpur tomorrow, the sources said

The flight was introduced just two months back.
