SINGAPORE: Jet Airways (India) Ltd agreed to buy and lease 13 aircraft made by Avions de Transport Regional valued at $238 million, as the nation's biggest carrier expands its network to fly to smaller cities.
Jet Airways will buy seven aircraft directly from ATR, as the planemaker is known, and lease the remainder from an Irish company, ATR said in a statement on Wednesday.
The orders were announced at the Paris Air Show, it said.
