Jet Airways begins additional Madurai to Bangalore, Chennai flights

MUMBAI: Jet Airways has introduced additional flights between Madurai to Bangalore and Chennai, effective from October 30.

"We are pleased to provide direct connections and additional frequencies due to tourist and business traffic, as well as demand for connectivity with tier II and tier III cities. These services will offer onward connections on the airline network both within India and abroad," Jet Airways' Chief Commercial Officer Sudheer Raghavan said.

Except for Tuesdays and Saturdays, flight 9W 2769 will leave Madurai at 12.25 pm and arrive Bangalore at 1.40 pm. On the return leg, flight 9W 2770 will depart Bangalore at 2.10 pm and reach Madurai at 3.25 pm.

On the Chennai-Madurai route, the daily flight 9W 2725 will leave for Madurai at 10.35 am and arrive at 11.55 pm. On the return leg, except for Tuesdays and Saturdays, flight 9W 2726 will depart Madurai at 4.10 pm and arrive in Chennai at 5.30 pm, a company release said.

On Tuesdays and Saturdays, flight 9W 2726 will depart for Madurai at 12.25 pm and arrive at 1.45 pm.
