Jan salaries paid to 75% of staff: Jet Airways

Jet Airways said on Tuesday that the salary for January 2012 has been paid to about 75% of its staff and described an ET report on the issue as "highly inaccurate".

The airline was responding to Tuesday report headlined, "Jet, KFA staff not paid for two months". While Kingfisher staff have not been paid for two months, Jet employees have experienced salary delays only for January.

The error is regretted. A Jet Airways spokesperson though did not respond to a detailed questionnaire on Monday seeking comment on the issue.
