The website of India’s largest airline IndiGo prevented some users from booking tickets on Friday, displaying a “No Data Available” message during flight searches, in the second disruption to its online services in a week.

The latest issue affected flight searches, with users redirected to the airline’s home page after the error message appeared.

On August 19, IndiGo had said it was experiencing intermittent issues with its core reservation platform, which could make it difficult for some customers to access its online services. The airline had said it was working with its partner to resolve the issue and advised customers with later travel plans to try accessing its website or app again after some time.

IndiGo had apologised for the earlier disruption and asked customers requiring immediate travel assistance to contact its call centre.
